Shipping policy

At Aurea, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and carefree as possible. We offer free standard shipping on orders. By processing our shipments in batches, we aim to keep costs fair while also reducing our ecological footprint.

Delivery Time and Processing

After you have placed your order, it takes 1 – 2 business days for our shipping partner to process it, check its quality and packaging. All orders are shipped from our international automated warehouse. Orders placed during the weekend may take slightly longer to process. Once your order is processed and shipped, the average delivery time is 5 – 12 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

We do our utmost to ship your package as quickly as possible, but please note that due to high demand, delays with our courier services may occur. Should this be the case, we will, of course, keep you informed.

Ordering Process

Placing an order with Aurea is simple and secure. After adding your desired products to your shopping cart, follow the steps in the checkout process:

  1. Enter your correct address details.
  2. Review your entered information on the 'Shipping' page.
  3. Select your payment method. You can choose from various secure payment options, including: Creditcard (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), PayPal, EPS, Direct Payment
  4. Click on 'Complete Order' and follow the instructions to finalize your payment.

Cancelling and Modifying Orders

Because our system is automated, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. If you wish to return an item, you can use our return policy once you have received the order.

Post-Order Changes: Return Options

If you have received your order but are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order according to our return policy. This ensures that you will receive a refund via the original payment method once the return has been processed.

Customs Duties and Refused Packages

All shipments from our warehouses are delivered without paid customs duties. Customers purchasing from outside their respective customs regions are responsible for any import taxes and customs duties. If a customer refuses to accept a package due to these costs, the return shipping costs, customs fees, and administrative costs are borne by the customer.

Additionally, we reserve the right to charge a refused package fee. This covers the return shipping costs and any penalties imposed by our carrier. Please note the following details:

  • The refused package fee is a fixed rate of €40, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • The initial shipping costs charged at purchase are non-refundable.
  • Refusing a package without a valid reason (such as receiving damaged goods) may result in additional charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are advised to thoroughly read these rules before making a purchase.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses in Europe, and non-continental European regions (such as islands and territories). This is because our carriers cannot guarantee secure delivery to these locations.

Missed Deliveries and Uncollected Packages

If you are not at home at the time of delivery and you do not collect your package from the post office or pickup point within the period set by the carrier, the package will be returned to us. In that case, the costs for the return shipment and processing will be deducted from the total amount of your order.

If you wish to have your package resent, the costs for reshipping are at your own expense.

Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Packages

Aurea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered but you have not received the package, you should contact the delivery service directly.

Additionally, you are responsible for returning products. Aurea cannot be held responsible for the package until it has arrived at our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
