General Conditions for Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Exclusions:
- Accessories: Items like hair accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Products Sold as a Set: Must be returned as a whole; individual items cannot be returned separately.
- Sale Items: Non-refundable but eligible for exchange within the collection or store credit.
- 1+1 Deals: 1. Both items in the deal must be returned together. Partial returns are not accepted.
2. Exchanges are allowed for either or both items for a different size or color of the same product.
How to Return Your Order
1. Submit a Request:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (for quality issues)
2. Receive Instructions: Upon approval, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
3. Refund Process:
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear.
Non-Quality Issues
The following are not considered quality defects and are not eligible for free returns or refunds:
- Dissatisfaction with style, color, scent, or personal preference.
- Minor material attributes like loose threads, thickness, or feel.
- Damages caused by use, washing, improper care, or modifications.
- Color deviations due to screen settings.
- Slight design or size variations across products.
Important Details
- A return request must be submitted prior to sending any item back.
- Do not return items to the sender’s address listed on the package.
- Ensure no non-Aurea items are included in your return package. We are not responsible for returning these items.
- Missed Deliveries: Customers are responsible for reshipping costs if a package is unclaimed or delivery information is incorrect.
- Returns without a prior request will not be accepted.
Refund and Restocking Fees
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are available only for eligible items as per our policy.
- Orders paid with store credit are not refundable.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Restocking Fee:
- 15% restocking fee, covering processing and inventory depreciation.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer a 30-day worry-free return window. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
